Having spent a significant portion of my life in Spain, I chose an organization which reflects my interest in getting students abroad as well as my love of Spain. EduSpain is an education consulting organization dedicated to providing international students with the knowledge and help needed to take advantage of the high quality education Spain has to offer.

Working with INTO OSU Special Programs, me and a two of fellow graduate students researched and created a 12-month comprehensive marketing and recruiting plan designed to create new on-campus and international partnerships.

This policy brief was written for my International Education Policy at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. The brief places the Bologna Declaration in its policy context, summarizes the policy and its factors and influencers, and offers a critical analysis.

TOUCAN EDUCATION PROGRAMS STRATEGIC PLAN

  • Created record keeping tools in Excel to facilitate Toucan Education Program’s data collection.

  • Created and clearly articulated organizational goals, a statement of ethics, and program learning outcomes to create a sustainable model for the organization’s growth.

  • Through independent research, developed a strategic plan with the use of various program assessment tools (AAC&U Value Rubrics, etc.).
